INSTALLATION OF NEW TRAFFIC SIGNALS, MAST ARMS, AND ADDITIONAL LANES ON US7. NEW ALIGNMENTS AND ADDITIONAL LANES ON MIDDLE ROAD AND RAILROAD STREET.
The Railroad Street/Middle Road intersection is currently a three way stop controlled intersection. This intersection reconfiguration project proposes removing the existing Middle Road and Railroad Street intersections with US-7 and constructing a new access road from Railroad Street to US-7.
