Project Location: This project begins at MM 136.400 on the northbound barrel and MM 136.500 on the southbound barrel in Lyndon on I-91 and extends northerly along I-91 to MM 156.500 in Barton. The project will include the associated exit ramps, resulting in a total project length of 40.100 miles.

Project Description: This project will be a 2" mill and pave across the full width of the highway surface. Work will begin with a milling (cold planing) of the surface to a depth of 2" before a 1/2" leveling course is placed to true the surface. Then, a 1-1/2" wearing surface will be placed followed by permanent line striping. Additionally, some guardrail work will be performed to repair and replace damaged sections to bring full runs into compliance with the current standards. Lastly, shoulder berms that have built up will be removed to facilitate better drainage from the road surface.
