Paving along US 7 from Georgia MM .157 to St Albans Town MM 1.133.

Project Location:

Beginning on US Route 7 in the Town of Georgia at MM 0.157 (near the Georgia/Milton townline) and extending northerly along US Route 7 for a distance of approimately 8.576 miles to MM 1.133 in the Town of St. Albans, at the Town of St. Albans/City of St. Albans town line. 

Project Description: 

Work to be performed under this project includes milling and resurfacing the existing highway, guardrail improvements, pavement markings, centerline rumble strip installations (CLRS) and other highway related items.  This project also includes work to remove a part of an existing traffic island near the Georgia Library which will allow northbound traffic to make lefthand turns into the library entrance. 

Project Timeline:

Work will begin in the summer months of 2021 and will conclude in the fall of 2021.
