STP BP17(4) Chester Depot Street Sidewalk
Upgrade 2300 feet of asphalt sidewalk to concrete with granite curbing, install curb ramps, green strip and pedestrian scale lighting on Depot Street (VT103) from the intersection of Depot Street/Bargfrede Road along Depot Street to the Chester Town Hall building.
