Project Location: This project will take place on both the Northbound and Southbound Barrels of I-91. Work begins at MM 169.385 in Derby and extends northerly for 8.047 miles to MM 177.432 in Derby, which is the Vermont/Canada border. Work will also be performed on all associated ramps within the mainline limits listed.

Project Description: This project will perform a mill and fill and is being constructed in an effort to keep the condition of I-89 in generally good shape. Work will include milling to a depth of 2", surface preparation, then paving with a 1/2” layer of leveling course and a 1-1/2” wearing course. Additionally, some guardrail work will be performed to repair and replace damaged sections to bring full runs into compliance with the current standards. Finally, shoulder berms that have built up will be removed to facilitate better drainage from the road surface.
