PROJECT LOCATION: Intersection of US Route 7 & Cold River Road in Rutland Town.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans) is improving the signalized intersection to improve mobility and safety while upgrading obsolete and dysfunctional traffic signal equipment. The project will:
○ Modernize all traffic signal equipment including: traffic signal controller, signal heads and support structures and vehicle detection systems.
○ Refresh traffic signal-related pavement markings and signs.

Target Construction Schedule: August 11, 2023 - June 3, 2024
