Project is for improvements to the intersection of VT Route 117 and Town Highway 1 (North Williston Road) in the Town of Essex.
Project Location: The project is located at the intersection of VT Route 117 and North Williston Road in Essex.
Project Description: The project includes the addition of a traffic signal at the intersection of VT Route 117 and North Williston Road in Essex. VT Route 117 will be widened to accomodate a dedicated left turn lane for westbound traffic turning left onto North Williston Road Road and a dedicated right turn lane for eastbound traffic turning right onto North Williston Road. The project also includes enhancements to drainage and signage.
